Individual distribution

When undertaking the individual distribution of fees to producers of audio-visual works, or their assignees, the share of each producer/assignee shall be stated and determined in accordance with the following distribution key:

Distributable amount: Playing time multiply by No. of viewers divided by years' total playing time multiply by year's total No. of viewers.

The distributable amount consist of the fees received from Copydan Verdens- TV for a calendar year (financial year) less fees paid to Diretors and auditors and, as the may be, lees a reserve as determined by the Board plus interest accrued to Danish TV channels' abroad.

The distributable amount shall be disbursed on the basis of bradcasts that have been shown on the relevant national and foreign TV channels according to the Working Regulations, to the extent that such fees have not been transferred to a foreign administrative organization as per resolution by the Board of directors.

The fee is payable by the Association direct to each right holder after deducting the administration charge. In the case, of foreign right holders' claims for fees for cable retransmission of programs from Danish' TV stations, disbursement may be made to a foreign administrative organization on the basis of a reciprocity agreement with the relevant organization, always provided that the said organization has agreed to distrubute the funds in the legitimate right holders as per CAB's decision.

The right to any fee shall be time- barred after three years counting from the end of the calender year when the claim for fee was due, or after such shorter limitation as the Copyright Act may prescribe.
